Exchange Policy
At Nqobile Nxumalo Collective, we want you to love everything you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange within the following guidelines:
Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges for unused, unwashed, and unworn items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Chukunyane.n@gmail or whatsapp 0611251781 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
- The item(s) you are exchanging must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Exchange:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at chukunyane.n@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return arrives safely.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll process your exchange and send you the new item(s) as quickly as possible.
Important Notes:
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are also eligible for exchange, but cannot be refunded.
- Exchange for the Same Item: If you wish to exchange for a different size or color of the same item, we will process that as soon as we have the new item in stock.
- Exchanges Based on Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you another option or a store credit.
No Returns: Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to accommodate exchanges.
